It's a fan art of Ibuki, one of the returning SFIII characters to SSF4, and the coolest ninja ever ^_^

Great job, I like the perspective and coloring a lot. I'm pretty sure if you were on the ground unable to get up after fighting her, it'd look like this. Great take on my favorite Street Fighter.

This is so great, why hasn't this recieved more comments?! It's one of the best Ibuki pieces on the whole of deviantart! :D Also, absolutely AMAZING angle. I mean really. DAMN good job.
